Pet Policy

August Oaks is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $30 per pet per month. There is also a one-time pet fee of $300 for each pet. We do not have weight restrictions. Certain exotic animals including Hamsters, Reptiles, Turtles, and Fish are allowed. Pet policies and fees only apply to cats and dogs.
